Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

- Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000
- Flat shipping rate of Rs. 200–300 on orders below this amount

3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times across Pakistan:
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order directly on the courier’s website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
Please ensure you provide a valid phone number and address to avoid delays.
7. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, please allow extra 1–2 days before contacting us.
- If the package is lost or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Incorrect Address
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for delivery failure.
Re-delivery charges may apply.
